You can "feature" any ad, including a Text-only Ad. The featured status runs for the remaining duration of your ad and can be placed at any time...you can go back and add-on the featured status through your Ad Management area, and you'll only be charged for the remaining time on your ad. Featuring your ad places it randomly in the top scroller on the home page as well as in the right margin on search results pages. It also gives your ad a visual "pop" so that buyers will take notice. Its a great way to increase the chances of a click on your ad.
