If you are non-US, there are sometimes issues sending a pin. US based phone numbers should work, but if you are on your land line phone and selected "text" method, you most likely will not get the pin. If you are on your phone for Internet service and can't receive a pin because its your Internet connection method, or your phone isn't receiving either our voice call or text (depending on your choice) for any reason, please send a support ticket to us.
